The Villa and the apartments are surrounded by hectares of olive groves, woodlands and green fields, where you can see in a distance for miles across the Chianti region and the beautiful skyline of Siena. In fact, the property lies at the doorsteps of Siena, offering all shops and facilities reached both by bus and on foot. Access to the property is by an electric gate and by 1.5 km of private gravel road that leads directly to the private parking area of the apartments. A regular bus line runs from the gate directly into the centre of Siena.

The Villa is totally independent from the apartments and offers a 6.5 x 14 meter swimming pool at the margin of its formal garden that guests can use from 10 am to 9 pm daily. The pool area offers spectacular views aver Siena. There is a large furnished terrace and furnished lawns in front of the apartments. All the apartments offer TV and heating is payable on consumption.

For outings, your own car is really something of an essential unless you're planning on sticking to the cities, which might not be a great idea in summer. East from Siena, though, there are just too many beautiful towns and villages even within a short drive to see them all. The spectacularly skylined Monteriggioni and San Gimignano are perhaps best seen from a distance.

APARTMENTS Beautifully furnished with several important antique pieces in each, the apartments were restored using acoustic absorption materials to ensure complete privacy and quiet. This apartment occupies a small independent building. It has a private furnished terrace and garden space and is ideal for a romantic honeymoon. Private entrance is from the front terrace into the kitchen and to the delightful, spacious and luminous living/dining room with alcove where the double bed is located.
