Access is in common with Poggio ai Pini 1 from an external flight of stairs culminating in a small covered loggia. Up one step through a glass door is a small landing with the private entrance doors to the two apartments. The door opens into a hallway with door on the right to the kitchen which is complete with gas range, small fitted electric oven and fridge with freezer and skylight. At the end of the hall is the spacious living/dining room with double sofa bed. A door in the living room opens into the twin bedded room. A door in this room opens into the complete bathroom with shower stall and washingmachine. The apartment windows all face the passageway between the farmhouse and the Villa.
